Short Bio.

Xianliang Jiang is a Lecturer with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ningbo University, Ningbo, China since 2016. He received a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Technology (Full-time Adult Higher Education) from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2009 , a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Technology under the supervision of Prof. Guang Jin from Ningbo University in 2012, and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology under the supervision of Prof. Jiangang Yang from Zhejiang University in 2016, respectively. His research interests include: Congestion Control Algorithms in Cellular Networks and Datacenter, Machine Learning in Network Protocol Design, Internet of Things System, Network Security.

Recent News

  • July 2019. Paper titled “RCCF: Accelerating the Redeployment of Congestion Control Algorithms to Provide Near-Optimal Service for Different Flows” was accepted by APNet (Poster Session).
  • July 2019. Paper titled “DVPTCP: A Delay-driven Virtual Parallel TCP for High-speed and Lossy Networks” was accepted by IEEE ACCESS.
  • April 2019. Paper titled “PTCP: A Priority-Driven Congestion Control Algorithm to Tame TCP Incast in Data Centers” was accepted by IEEE ACCESS.
